I photographed Jason and Adrian with their twin daughters after the United States Supreme court ruled on California’s Proposition 8 and the federal Defense of Marriage Act, June 26, 2013.

I caught up with them in a ballet class two years later to photograph a feature story to coincide with the Supreme Court’s historic ruling on gay marriage in 2015.
